Register Faculty:- By clicking on this link user can fill all the staff registration form details is as follows - Note:- Please fill all the mandatory fields marked as asterisk(*)
- Prefix: - User has to select the prefix like Mr, Mrs and Miss from the drop down.
- First Name: - User has to fill staffs first name (Mandatory).
- Last Name: - User has to fill staffs last name (Mandatory).
- Aadhar No: - User has to fill staffs Aadhar no (Mandatory).
- Date of Birth: - User has to fill staffs date of birth (Mandatory).
- Email: - User has to fill staffs email id (Mandatory).
- Phone: - User has to fill staffs home no for emergency purpose (Mandatory).
- Mobile: - User has to fill staffs mobile no of communication purpose (Mandatory)
- Gender: - User has to select staffs Gender (Mandatory).
- Category: - User has to select staffs category to specify that he/she belongs to which category (Mandatory).
- Department: - User has to select department to specify for what department user have to register the staff (Mandatory).
- Designation: - User has to select the staff’s designation for which designation he want to register the faculty (Mandatory).
- Date of Joining: - User has to select the date to specify when the staff is registered (Mandatory).
- Appointment Order: - User have to choose the appoint order scan copy of appointment order given by the Competent Authority of Trust (Mandatory).
- Joining Letter: - User has to upload the scan copy of joining letter given by the Competent Authority of Trust (Mandatory).
- User name: - User has to enter the user he wants to provide to the staff for his personal login (Mandatory).
- Password: - User has to enter the password with which the registered faculty can access his personal account (Mandatory).
- Confirm Password: - User has to reenter the password to confirm it (Mandatory).
- Register Faculty: - Using this button the user can register the faculty.
- Cancel: - By using this button user can cancel the registration form.
